Antigua Soul is born from rich volcanic soil on the outskirts of Antigua Guatemala's Agua Volcano. The Minas family farm has cultivated coffee for generations and takes pride in providing the best coffee for your cup. Antigua Soul is a mix of the Bourbon, Caturra, and Catuai coffee varieties and goes through the washed process and then roasted at origin. All of this imparts a unique profile rich with notes and flavors of red wine, chocolate, and orange and reminds you of walking the streets of Antigua. If you haven't been to Antigua, we highly recommend it. Take a coffee tour and see where Antigua Soul comes from before making it to your cup.

Although we personally enjoy a 1:16.5 coffee to water ratio, we recommend starting with a 1:18 ratio and adjust to your liking with each brewed cup. We also recommend using a drip method such as V60 or Chemex.

I’ve been drinking Antigua Soul medium roast for a while now, and it has quickly become my go-to coffee. It has a wonderfully smooth flavor that’s enjoyable without needing any added cream or sugar. I enjoy my coffee black, and this roast stands out because it has absolutely no bitter aftertaste.
So smooth with subtle notes of bourbon that has a great mouthfeel. So smooth and medium bodied. It's a great cup!
I LOVE KOFO. I love the flavor. It tastes really delicious and just perfect. I am going to stick with KOFO and am looking forward to your new flavors!
